Azerbaijan has established the additional requirements for a special permit (license) for the manufacture, import, sale and storage of plant protection products and agrochemicals.
By Decision #319 from 1 October 2014 the Cabinet Ministers amended the Additional Requirements for obtaining a special permit (license) for different types of commercial activities (Decision #174 from 7 November 2002).
Thus, the production license is issued only to those applicants who have an employment contract with specialists with at least 2-year experience in this field. To obtain a license for manufacture, import, sale and storage of plant protection products and agrochemicals it is required a positive conclusion on the state of warehouses from the State Phytosanitary Surveillance Service of the Ministry of Agriculture.
