In a recent news item on CTV Windsor, Leamington greenhouse grower Jamie Diniro expressed his concerns about the dramatic rise of his natural gas bill under Ontario's new cap and trade program. Diniro's December bill was $19,000, compared to his January bill of $41,000.

Italian group announce new 13 hectare hydroponic project in Tuscany
The Italian greenhouse industry will soon be expanded with the addition of a large new greenhouse company. Sfera Soc. Agr. and Artigianfer S.r.l. have announced their plans for the realization of a new 13 hectare hydroponic tomato and strawberry production greenhouse in the region of Tuscany.
