Koppert has appointed Hans Peters as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective May 1st, 2026.
Hans Peters brings extensive international leadership experience, with a strong track record in commercial strategy, organizational transformation, and building strong leadership teams.
Hans held senior leadership roles at Unilever, NS and Eneco, and most recently served as CEO of Priva. Hans has developed a genuine passion for the agriculture sector, driven by the unique mix of innovation, entrepreneurship, and meaningful impact on global food systems.

After a transition period of two months, Paul Koppert and Henri Oosthoek will return to their roles on the Supervisory Board. As of July 1st, the Executive Board will consist of Hans Peters as Chief Executive Officer, Martin Koppert as Chief Business Officer, and Siger Spaans as Chief Financial Officer.
