Enza Zaden COO to step down

After eight years as a member of the Board of Directors, Allison Thomas has decided to step down from her role as Chief Operations Officer at Enza Zaden, effective 1 July 2026.

This transition takes place at a moment when Enza Zaden stands on a strong organizational foundation and is entering the execution phase of its new strategy. Looking ahead to this next phase, Allison reflected on the energy and commitment required of continued Board‑level leadership and concluded that this is the right moment to make space for the next stage.

Contribution over the past eight years
During her time on the Board, Allison made an important contribution to strengthening Enza Zaden as an organization. She played a key role in further developing robust capabilities and in strengthening collaboration across the business. Many of the improvements introduced during this period are now an important contribution to our organization and support our long‑term direction.

Continuity
Continuity is secured through an interim arrangement that ensures stability in governance and decision‑making. Enza Zaden's strategic direction and priorities remain unchanged.
