The developed Mobile Pre Cool Unit (MPU) has found more applications. It was mainly used for soft fruit, but now, it is used for the successful cooling of lettuce, cauliflower, green beans, and pears. Flowers such as chrysanthemums are cooled as well with the MPU. The use of the unit halves the cooling time and it has great advantages for the quality and longer shelf life of the products. The ventilator is controlled by frequency and has a capacity of 0-20,000 m3/h at a 160 Pa pressure. There are three units in stock and they are directly available.
