Draft medical marijuana rules Guam made public
Guam residents voted to legalize the use of medical marijuana during last year’s General Election.The island’s health department has been tasked with developing regulations for the program. The rules will be forwarded to the Legislature for approval.
In recent months, health officials have met with community stakeholders and have visited California and Arizona – states that already have programs in place – to view their medical marijuana program operations.
