Leading twist tie and automation manufacturer Bedford Industries today announced the acquisition of Tach-It, a leading provider of "Entry Level Automation" solutions.
The acquisition will expand Bedford's automation portfolio to best serve customers seeking reliable, cost-effective solutions for labeling, closing, and sealing. Tach-It has built a strong reputation for a broad spectrum of entry-level equipment to help businesses improve efficiency and consistency.

Current Tach-It customers will continue to receive full support of their existing machines, with no interruption to service. Tach-It's existing operations and customer relationships will be supported throughout the transition, with a focus on ensuring a seamless experience for customers, distributors, and suppliers.

The acquisition comes at an exciting time for Bedford, as it celebrates 60 years in business this year. For six decades, Bedford has been widely trusted to provide high-quality twist ties, bag closures, hangtags, and identification solutions to a variety of industries and packaged goods. Currently under 3rd generation leadership, all materials and machines are manufactured at its Worthington, Minnesota facility.
