Unica Group, a Spanish horticultural cooperative and exporter, has signed a strategic collaboration agreement with Bioline AgroSciences, an international company specializing in biosolutions for agriculture. The partnership aims to promote more sustainable, efficient, and environmentally friendly farming practices.
For Ludwik Pokorny, CEO of Bioline AgroSciences, the agreement marks an important milestone in achieving shared sustainability goals: "At Bioline Iberia, we've been implementing biocontrol strategies and offering exclusive, innovative solutions for years," he said. The collaboration includes the joint development of innovative solutions based on biocontrol and applied technologies, aiming to reduce the use of conventional products, enhance food safety, and raise quality standards.
Both organizations will also promote training programs to ensure the proper and efficient use of biosolutions, and shared innovation projects to further advance sustainable practices.
Additionally, Unica and Bioline will coordinate joint communication strategies to strengthen the industry's competitiveness and support progress toward a zero-residue production model.
