The Fivola Blossom has been used in cuisines around the world since ancient times, valued for both its unique taste and bioactive properties. It held a prominent place in traditional gastronomy and medicinal practices, from ancient Greece to imperial China. Today, this versatile blossom adds elegance and complexity to salads, sandwiches, aromatic jellies, cakes, and even vinegars and wines. Remarkably, its petals are also part of the secret recipe of the renowned French liqueur Chartreuse—a true homage to craftsmanship and tradition.
A flower with meaning
Native to the wild landscapes of Northern China and Mongolia, the Fivola Blossom grows into a graceful plant reaching 30 to 50 centimetres in height. Known in traditional Chinese medicine as Qumai, it has been used for over 2,000 years to support digestion and vitality. This flower brings not only flavour but also cultural and historical depth to the table.

Availability and storage
Fivola Blossom is available year-round in individual colour packs, with 50 flowers per box. When stored under refrigeration (between 2–7 °C), the flowers maintain their strength, fragrance, and beauty for at least 7 days.
