The Nature Fresh Farms team is Changing the Flavor of Fresh, highlighting the flavor, quality, and sustainable fresh offerings greenhouse-grown can bring to market at this year's Southern Exposure show that will be held in Orlando, March 2 - 4.

Recently recognized with an Award of Distinction at the 2023 PAC Global Awards, Hiiros Tomatoes, a variety originally bred for the Japanese market which views exceptional produce as a gift of honor, are grown from the finest seeds, offering a rich umami flavor with a distinguishing level of sweetness that adds depth and complexity of flavor.

Organic greenhouse expansion
In addition to highlighting its tomato lineup, Nature Fresh Farms is excited to speak about its 45 acres of organic greenhouse strawberries coming online this fall. "Currently, we are the only greenhouse growing organic strawberries in North America," says Hough. "This allows us to be uniquely well positioned to fill the gap in supply, addressing the needs of retailers and consumers who are seeking consistency in supply of quality, flavorful berries."
