LLC Ryazanskie Ovoschi launched the first phase of their new greenhouse complex in Rybnoscky region.
The acreage of the first phase of the greenhouse complex amounts to 11.25 ha. Tomato growing has already begun. The first crops will be collected in November. Soon the associates will begin planting cucumbers.
When the project is completed, the overall acreage will comprise 45 ha. Once the projected capacity is reached, the greenhouse complex will collect up to 42 thousand tons of cucumbers, 7.9 tons of tomatoes and 1.2 thousand tons of lettuce.
The enterprise will employ 600 people.
The amount of investments should exceed 168 million euro.
