Sipo widens gourmet range with vegetable spaghetti

After launching the Super Veggies ready-to-eat salad-with-shoots line, Sipo widens its gourmet product range with the Spaghetti Veggies line. We are talking about vegetables cut like spaghetti that can be enjoyed raw, steamed, sautéed or boiled. They are ideal as a side dish, with pasta or rice or as a vegan main course.

Sipo widens its gourmet range with the spaghetti, while salads and vegetable pestos will soon be available with the new packaging. The range will be sold also by specialized shops and not only by retail chains.

The line includes three products, each featuring three vegetables and characterized by a specific color: orange with carrots, squash and zucchini; red with beetroots, purple carrots and zucchini; tricolor with broccoli, squash and daikon.

Each packet (250 gram PET tray) is prepared by hand and sold through retail and specialized food channels at the recommended price of €2.29-2.49 per packet. The shelf-life is of 7 days at 0-4°C.

Stefania Santarsiero from Sipo's sales office reports that "with this product, we have widened our gourmet range, which also includes Super Veggies salads with shoots and fresh vegetable pestos. We are certain our clients appreciate our innovation effort to differentiate the products offered and services to consumers."
