Azerbaijan marks country #103 for Nelson and Pade masterclass

In mid-August, Nelson and Pade hosted another 3-day Aquaponics Master Class offering at their state-of-the-art greenhouse and training facility. The classroom was packed with attendees from all across the United States, Canada and Azerbaijan, eager to learn more about this sustainable method of food production. During this course, sessions alternated between classroom lectures, demonstrations and hands-on greenhouse sessions. The dynamic that evolves in these classes is fun and exciting, with lots of great food and camaraderie.

One of the attendees, Elshan Baloghlanov, is originally from Azerbaijan, marking country #103 at the 3-day Aquaponics Master Class. Elshan is currently working in Maryland, where he and his business partner are interested in starting a commercial aquaponics operation. In addition to beginning a commercial operation and education center in Maryland, they plan to use this profitable business model in the Caspian and Black Sea region, to bring sustainable food to communities in that developing region.

To date, Nelson and Pade have now hosted attendees from 103 countries, spanning 5 continents, and all 50 U.S. States and 3 U.S. territories at the 3-day Aquaponics Master Class.
