Cultivate brought us many news this year

July is always the month that the North American greenhouse industry unites in Columbus,Ohio for the Cultivate convention and trade show. This year we noticed that the event integrates more general horticultural supplies and technology for both edible and ornamental production. The show now offers even more hydroponic supplies like moving gutter systems, hydroponic substrates, aquaponic grow systems, and grow lights, a whole lotta grow lights...Click here for our recap of the 2015 of Cultivate.

More news from Ohio in July; because in Wapakoneta, Mountain High started with the construction of the 77,000 m2 greenhouse of Golden Fresh Farms. The project, built for Canadian turnkey greenhouse provider Thermo Energy Systems Inc, was the first phase of the 200 acre proposed project.

Another well read story from July was the interview we did with Chris Higgins of Hort Americas.
