Certhon has started the realization of the project for Magnit. The largest retailer of Russia expands its greenhouse complex in Krasnodar with 40 hectares.
The project will be divided in two phases of 20 hectares and will be fully equipped for growing cucumbers. Certhon is responsible for the design and will supply and install all technical installations. A speciality which the company has demonstrated all over the world for many years. Since Certhon has all disciplines under one roof, all systems are aligned perfectly together.
Magnit is Russia's largest retailer. Founded in 1994, the company is headquartered in the southern Russian city of Krasnodar. As of May 31, 2014, Magnit has 23 distribution centres and over 8,500 stores in more than 1,905 cities. Magnit employs 220,000 people and realised in 2013 a turnover of € 12 billion.
