ProFresh systems offers software free supply chain monitoring
Saul Windiate from ProFresh Systems, says it is no longer necessary to install a specific piece of software to handle data for supply chain monitoring, “Escort’s new iMini USB PDF logger requires no software at all and with its recording capacity of 7,928 readings it provides you with a fantastic amount of data.”
"We program the iMini USB PDF to customer specifications, you can specify temperature alarms which trigger LED’s on the logger for instant decision making upon product arrival, trip duration and the ‘Stop’ button can be disabled if the customer instructs us to do so. To start the loggers simply press the start button and place in the shipment." When the logger arrives at its destination, the logger can be stripped from its plastic pouch and placed directly into a USB port on any laptop or PC – the logger automatically generates a PDF report – thus eliminating the need for any software.
The report includes a graph as well as detailed date & time stamped temperature logs, vitally, making this solution a traceable one – giving the customer the power to pin-point the moment an issue occurred.
