Peppers come in many shapes and colours. Most types of peppers contain a high concentration of capsaicin, the hot part of the peppers. The highest concentrations are located in the side walls of the peppers.
Medina, from De Ruiter, has been one of the most famous red peppers thanks to excellent utility properties for both growers and chain. For cultivation, Medina comes into its own when the variety is grafted onto a rootstock like Capital of Capsifort.
Characteristics Medina:
Signal Red color
Elongated straight form 11-12 cm

The variety will once again be fully available this year, as well as the Fire Flame.
