"It is a biennial meeting in southeastern Spain dedicated to intensive agriculture, innovation, and knowledge sharing. It brings together growers, companies, cooperatives, researchers, and authorities to showcase advances in technology, phytosanitary products, irrigation, sustainability, and digitalization of rural areas," the minister stated.
Most of these are Andalusian companies, including agricultural producers, marketers, and auxiliary sectors such as seeds, fertilizers, innovation, and agricultural machinery. "They have helped create a leading, innovative, and competitive agricultural model that feeds Europe and promotes Andalusia's name globally, shaping the future of agriculture," he added.

"This event enables Almeria's agriculture to showcase its competitiveness and future planning capabilities in one of Europe's leading municipalities for organic and greenhouse crops, greatly boosting Almeria's economy and Spanish horticultural exports," the Minister stated.
"Once again, Níjar has proved that its agricultural model is strong, competitive, and ready to face future challenges," stated José Francisco Garrido, the town's Mayor.

Nijar holds the highest percentage of organic crops in Europe, with over 6,000 hectares cultivated—more than half of which are certified organic.
The seventeenth edition of the fair features various specialized commercial exhibitions, technical and informative conferences, and demonstrations of sustainable greenhouse technologies. Last year's edition featured over 400 stands and attracted more than 30,000 professional visitors, with both national and international participants representing all agricultural subsectors.
