Bejo adds new Director of Crop Management

From 1st April, Yvonne van der Vorst will join Bejo's Board of Directors as Director of Crop Management. This new position follows Bejo's wish to give greater focus to the strategic development of its global assortment and positioning of crops.

Managing Director John-Pieter Schipper: "As a result of the strong international growth of our company, strategic portfolio management is becoming increasingly important. We have established a new Crop Management department for this purpose and are anchoring it at board level. I am delighted to welcome Yvonne van der Vorst and confident that she will be an inspiring leader for our international team that is working on our existing and new crop strategies."

Yvonne van der Vorst

With the addition of Yvonne van der Vorst to Bejo's Board, the executive team is fully up to strength. In previous communications, it was announced that Arend Schot joined Bejo as Director Sales & Country and Marc Bots will become Director Research & Breeding from March 1st. This is in preparation for the retirement of Martin van der Voort and Bert Schrijver later this year. In this new composition, the management team can once again go full steam ahead to realize its growth and development ambitions.
