The company SP "PAEK" in Ukraine launches early watermelon planting

In the Odesa region, one of the farms belonging to the company TOV SP "PAEK" has initiated the planting of early watermelon seedlings grown in the enterprise's greenhouses, marking a significant step in local agriculture.

According to TOV SP "PAEK" owner Yuriy Kormyshkin, the company's produce will hit the domestic market under the brand name "TASTE."

The meticulous process involves planting seedlings in prepared beds with pre-installed irrigation systems, all under mulching film. This method ensures optimal growth conditions for the watermelons.

In the 2024 agricultural season, the company 'PAEK' will introduce 14 varieties of fruits, vegetables, and melons under the 'TASTE' brand. Approximately 2000 hectares of land are allocated for vegetable cultivation, with the company venturing into greenhouse vegetable cultivation for the first time this year.
