GrowPura and Oazo USA enter partnership building hubs globally

OAZO USA Inc. and GrowPura Limited enter a strategic partnership that will launch OAZO Hubs & Underground Farming Systems globally centered in the community and powered by GrowPura's growing technology.

Nick Bateman, Chairman of GrowPura, said: “We are delighted and very excited to be working with Edward to bring this vision to reality. We share the same concerns about how food is delivered to communities and the impact that the changing climate, pesticides, and soil deterioration are having on food production in many parts of the world. The OAZO Hubs & Underground Farming Systems concept is game-changing.”

Various OAZO Hubs & Underground Farming Systems are in development, for implementation across the globe, bringing new vertical farming technologies and food security into countries and their communities. The fresh produce from the OAZO hub farms will be accessible to the local community directly.

“It has been a dream of mine to help bring new life to communities through self-sustainability and food security,” said Edward Armon, CEO of OAZO USA Inc. “Building a community around locally grown produce is inherently logical and addresses many of the issues that exist today, including climate change and the breakdown of communities.”

With GrowPura‘s partnership as our OAZO hubs’ technology provider, our hydroponic growing systems will be fully automated. GrowPura’s technology addresses the economic challenges that static growing systems run into, and the clean room environment means that the product is ready to eat.

The team is in plans to develop the first in the line of OAZO Hubs Pilot sites in Gallup, New Mexico, during the first half of 2024 before building the first OAZO Hubs Farm. Other sites are already earmarked for development, with the goal being global expansion.
