How it works
Trays are pre-filled with an approximate weight by personnel. As they do not need to be precise, operators are much quicker. The exact filling is then carried out automatically by the machine. Only three operators are needed.
"Two of them place the products on the weighing conveyors while a third person places the missing product in the trays. Ideally, an MHP3000 can fill over 30 packets per minute. This considerably reduces costs and increases profit. The return on the investment is between 3 and 12 months, depending on the quantity produced."
In combination with the innovative foodProcess (cfr. Freshplaza del 20/07/2023), all weight and time data are registered, and set-up times are enormously reduced. Traceability is guaranteed, so the improvements are clearly displayed.
