This is achieved with reduced human intervention, ensuring a tight, error-free seal, while reducing raw material use by more than 50%. As a result, production costs decrease, and waste management becomes more sustainable. In addition, its use replaces up to five sealing machines, which optimizes personnel management, especially in environments with variable temperature conditions, such as packing houses. This, in turn, saves up to 25% space on the same surface," explains Parra.

The modified atmosphere film, MAP, used for packaging by Paclife, is a technology patented by the brand (PAT. No. 50344). Modified atmosphere technology, which has revolutionized the way food is preserved and protected, incorporates active attributes and additives that contribute to the preservation, conservation, and safe transportation of fresh fruit. The qualities of MAP film add value to the presentation by providing a great aesthetic appearance, high transparency, and exceptional resistance to temperature changes.
Parra says they participated at the recently held Asia Fruit Logistica expo in Hong Kong, while looking forward to Fruit Attraction in Madrid next week.
