Nature's Miracle, active in controlled environment agriculture, is teaming up with PowerGrow to create eco-friendly greenhouses and energy systems. They've signed a preliminary agreement to work together on a project, with plans to develop high-tech greenhouses powered by clean energy. These greenhouses will have features like LED lighting, automated watering, and AI-based solutions for farming.

Tie "James" Li, Nature's Miracle Founder and CEO, is excited about using advanced tech and clean energy in agriculture. Sean Lyle, PowerGrow CEO, believes this collaboration will help create a world where local, sustainable farming is the norm, saving resources and boosting crop yields.

Nature's Miracle, a tech company that serves indoor growers in North America, also announced to have Vien Le joined the firm as its Chief Financial Officer and has appointed Darin Carpenter as its Chief Operating Officer.

"Mr. Le is a collaborative leader. Given the capital and financial goals of his various clients, he strategically worked with them to resolve complicated issues and further, their priorities while adapting to the uniqueness of each entity for its strengths and challenges. Throughout his municipal banking career, he advised elected officials, civil service policymakers, and other stakeholders on best practices, budgets, and financial policies", the team says.

Mr. Carpenter appointment with the firm as its chief operating officer will be effective October 1, 2023. He is an experienced senior executive who has been responsible for the daily operations and management of several well-known, highly profitable indoor growing companies. Before joining Nature's Miracle, Darin held the position of CEO of Justice Growth. Previously, he held the position as the Director of Operations with Tryke Companies, Head Geneticist with Bloom, and Global Technical Operations Manager with World Wide Wheat.

Nature's Miracle says through its two wholly-owned subsidiaries (Visiontech Group, Inc. and Hydroman, Inc.), it provides grow lights as well as other hydroponic products to hundreds of indoor growers in North America. "We have also developed a robust pipeline to build commercial-scale greenhouses in the U.S. and Canada to meet the growing needs of fresh and local vegetable products. We have established our first manufacturing footprint in North America with our grow-light assembly plant in Manitoba, Canada, and expect to set up additional manufacturing/assembly facilities in North America."

Nature's Miracle Holdings Nature's Miracle Inc. is currently in a merging process with Lakeshore Acquisition II Corp. Upon closing, the combined company is expected to change its name to Nature's Miracle Holding Inc., and its common stock is expected to be traded on the Nasdaq Global Market.
