14 weeks after sowing first crop of strawberries grown on rockwool

ABZ Seeds is conducting a trial of growing the F1 variety Soraya on stone wool this winter. Twelve weeks after sowing, the first fruits are visible. In a video, the breeders take viewers through the entire cultivation process, which can be harvested after 14 weeks.

At ABZ, they see growth in growing strawberries from seed. The breeding company invites people to come and see the trial at its greenhouse in Andijk.
