Organic fertilizer of plant-based waste flows are 'exceptionally rich in free amino acids'

Most people in the world see plant waste as an inferior waste product, but when Peter Mlein noticed that it is full of nutrients, he started Biota Nutri. Since then, he noticed various plant-based waste flows appeared to be filled with nutrients, and the company is working on ways to enhance the value of these waste products.

With the NPK 5-2-2 HO, which is high in organic matter, Biota Nutri succeeded in, next to the usual nutrients, also making a high level of plant-based amino, humic and fulvic acids available for the plant.

Highly organic fertilizer
In the search for potential clients, Peter noticed differences in demand. "While our primary target audience is interested in clear plant-based liquid fertilizers for their modern, high-end cultivation systems, there are also many companies that look for economic variations. And I have actually known for a while that this was within our reach."

Currently, Bio Nutri also creates highly organic fertilizers from plant-based waste flows. These NPK fertilizers contain considerably more organic matter and are, therefore, no clear liquids. Thanks to the patented production process, next to the usual nutrients is a large quantity of amino, humic, and fulvic acids available for the plant. "These make the products interesting for nearly every crop, and thanks to mechanical bioprocessing, a refined and effective product is created," says Peter.
