This presentation shows preliminary results from the OptimIA international survey on labor requirements for indoor leafy green production. It provides an overview of the data collected so far and invites indoor farm managers to participate in phase 2 of the survey. The final results will provide reference information that will support industry benchmarking and better decision-making. Ultimately, the research results will be used to identify and estimate the social and economic impact of indoor farms.
