CAN (ALB): Greenhouse moving to new owner, but land still for sale

The land and greenhouse on Seventh Street SW across from Hoopla and beside Auto Star has been on the market for several years. Earlier this year, the greenhouse was sold separately from the land and started to be slowly dismantled. That process is still ongoing.

Realtor Shauneen Vanderham said the greenhouse was supposed to be removed in April, but the date keeps getting pushed back. Presently, much of the interior and the glass panels are now gone. The individual who bought the greenhouse is moving it onto his own land.

There is still lots of structure left to remove, and a construction fence has been placed alongside the road. The 5,000-square-foot building behind the greenhouse will remain and be sold with the land.

There are two lots, each just over five acres, on the land where the greenhouse is located, and the owner would prefer to sell them together. An additional 1.5 acres across the street is also for sale.
