Zelosplant indoor solutions GmbH was founded in 2018, and four years later, the company from Oberwart can be pleased about the state's innovation seal of approval. For automated container solutions for indoor farming, Zelosplant won the overall prize of 5,000 euros at the Innovation Awards ceremony, including a nomination for the State Prize. The main prize was sponsored by Erste Bank and Wiener Städtische.
A total of 21 companies took part in the innovation ranking in various categories this year, and the state's business agency offered the awards for the 28th time. Monday evening, the prizes were awarded by Provincial Councilor Leonhard Schneemann and Business Agency bosses Harald Zagiczek and Michael Gerbavsits at the Eisenstadt Cultural Center.
Other prize winners are Skyability (Siegendorf) and Doczekal Solutions (Gerersdorf-Sulz); Lumitech (Jennersdorf), Isosport (Eisenstadt), and Peischl Fahrzeugbau (Stegersbach) won in small, medium and large enterprises; Sinawehl Umwelttechnik from Marz and Güssinger Garnelen (micro-enterprises) and Joybringer (Güssing) received the jury's special prize.
