Germains Seed Technology announces the appointment of Agnieszka Szkulat as the new Business Director for Europe. In this role, she will lead Germains' European Business, covering all key European markets and facilities in the UK, the Netherlands, and Spain.
Ms. Szkurlat is a passionate advocate for always being open to new opportunities. Having spent 14 years at Germains Seed Technology, part of the AB Sugar Group, she has progressed from her first role as a Process Analyst in the seed priming department to her former position as European Head of Operations.
Alongside her role, Ms. Szkurlat continues to pursue an MBA with the University of East Anglia in addition to her Master's Degree in Biology from the Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski w Olsztynie. She stated, "I am honored to be appointed Business Director for Europe. Having worked with many teams across the business, from quality to commercial and supply chain to operations, I've learned a great deal about the business and market. I am excited to lead the European business through the challenges and opportunities ahead in partnership with colleagues and customers."
