Is there a lot more we can grow in indoor farms than just grow the well-known leafy vegetables and herbs?
On Thursday, the 29th of September, World Horti Center will organize the second ∑-Grow Inside Seminar on this subject. The event is organized in close cooperation with the community Indoor Farming NL and powered by GreenTech and FarmTech Society.
Beyond Leafies will feature a line-up of high-end professionals in the field. The seminar will start at 14:00 hrs (2 pm. CET) at World Horti Center in Naaldwijk and end at 17:00 hrs (5 pm. CET). You can attend online from 14.30 to 15.30 hrs.

Line-up
We’re proud to present some experts in their field as panelists for the second edition of the ∑-Grow Inside Seminar. We start the seminar with Rudy van den Berg (Commercial Manager at Artechno), Padraic Flood (Team lead Crop Genetics at Infarm), Dana Lucas (Segment Manager Controlled Environment Agriculture at Jiffy), and Jan Doldersum (Manager Chain & Retail at Rijk Zwaan). The seminar will be led by Gus van der Feltz.
∑-Grow Pavilion
The ∑-Grow Inside Seminar series is part of the ∑-Grow Pavilion at World Horti Center. This pavilion is created to show the development and benefits of high-tech growing in greenhouses and indoor farms. Many visitors have already been inspired by this pavilion, from students to presidents, from investors to policymakers.
The ∑-Grow Pavilion is a partnership between World Horti Center and several leading companies in the field of indoor growing. Together they aim to tell the entire story of indoor farming’s potential and also to encourage collaboration and exchange of ideas.
