Since November 1, Henk van Dam has been employed by Globe Plant as a relationship manager. The company from the Dutch municipality of Vierpolders is not new to him, as explained in his introduction below.
"I myself have been a customer here all the years I was a gardener.
What always appealed to me is that Globe Plant is a real family business, and that work there is based on good relationships.
That is ultimately also the reason why I am going to work for them as a relationship manager. Making customers happy and unburdened is one of the most important goals in my new job."
Henk is therefore keen to establish a good relationship with the customer. According to him, this means, among other things, clear talks regarding the orders to be placed, providing information during the growing process by means of photos, preparing the delivery process, and so on.
"Also, visit us after the planting and evaluating the entire process. If you are satisfied as a customer, give this feedback to the company so that the people who produce the plants also become enthusiastic.
We also take complaints very seriously. Here, feedback to the plant nursery is certainly of great importance."
Henk will be pleased to visit you to get acquainted and to evaluate the cultivation and delivery process in the course of the previous season.
