January 12-13

Horticultural exhibition coming to Poland

The Fruit and Vegetable Industry Fair TSW 2022 will be held on 12th-13th January in Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn near Warsaw.

TSW attracts more and more visitors every year. During the last edition, there were over 16 thousand visitors from 25 countries (Poland, Belarus, Ukraine, Estonia, Netherlands, Germany, Great Britain, Austria, Italy, and many other countries), who could learn about the latest domestic and foreign industry trends and market novelties during this two days’ event.

Over 270 companies have submitted their applications for TSW 2022 so far, including both Polish and foreign exhibitors. They will show agricultural machinery, harvesters, fertilizers, crop protection products, nursery products, seeds, packaging products, refrigerators, nets, poles, and other equipment and accessories necessary for fruit and vegetable production.

What does the new fair edition offer?
During each TSW edition, there are six conferences devoted to the most important solutions for fruit and vegetable cultivation and production. The 'Fruit and vegetable processing' conference will be organized by The National Institute of Horticultural Research in Skierniewice for the first time. The following issues will also be discussed: organizing an onsite fruit and vegetable processing plant, pickled vegetables, multicomponent products, and the use of plant production waste.

On Wednesday, January 12th, three conferences will be held: the Strawberry Conference (organized in cooperation with Jagodnik website and magazine), the Field Vegetable Conference, and the UnderCover Cultivation Conference (in cooperation with Podoslonami.pl).

On Thursday, 13th January, you can join the Orchard Conference, the abovementioned conference on fruit and vegetable processing, as well as the 'Organic and sustainable gardening conference' focusing on adjusting Polish horticulture to the European Green Deal challenges.

One of the strong points of the fair is The Professor Szczepan A. Pieniążek Prize, which has been awarded for innovations since 2015. The winners of the last edition were Carbohort Sp. z o.o., Agrosimex Sp. z o.o., and Royal Brinkman Polska Sp. z o.o. The list of all winners and awarded products, the terms and conditions of the competition, and applications forms are available here.

TSW entrance and conference attendance are free of charge. Online registration is obligatory.

Once again, this event will be partnered by fertilizer industry companies Timac Agro Polska Sp. z o.o. and Agrosimex Sp. z o.o. This year’s new TSW partner is UPL Polska Sp. Z o.o., a well-known crop protection company.
