The 12th TSW announced

The Fruit and Vegetable Industry Fair TSW 2022 will be held on 12-13 January in Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn near Warsaw.
During the last edition, there were over 16 thousand visitors from 25 countries (Poland, Belarus, Ukraine, Estonia, Netherlands, Germany, Great Britain, Austria, Italy, and from many other countries), who could learn about the latest domestic and foreign industry trends and market novelties during this two days’ event.

Over 240 companies have submitted their applications for TSW 2022 so far. They will show agricultural machinery, harvesters, fertilizers, crop protection products, nursery products, seeds, packaging products, refrigerators, nets, and poles, as well as other equipment and accessories necessary for fruit and vegetable production.

During each TSW edition, there are six conferences on the most important solutions for fruit and vegetable cultivation and production. The “Fruit and vegetable processing” conference will be organized by The National Institute of Horticultural Research in Skierniewice for the first time. The following issues will also be discussed: organizing an onsite fruit and vegetable processing plant, pickled vegetables, multicomponent products, and the use of plant production waste.

On Wednesday, 12 January, three conferences will be held: the Strawberry Conference (organized in cooperation with Jagodnik website and magazine), the Field Vegetable Conference, and the Under Cover Cultivation Conference (in cooperation with Podoslonami.pl).

On Thursday, 13 January, the Orchard Conference, the conference on fruit and vegetable processing, and the “Organic and sustainable gardening conference,” focusing on adjusting Polish horticulture to the European Green Deal challenges, will be held.

The Professor Szczepan A. Pieniążek Prize, a price for innovations since 2015, is also awarded at the fair. The winners of the last edition were Carbohort Sp. z o.o., Agrosimex Sp. z o.o. and Royal Brinkman Polska Sp. z o.o. (companies’ logos).
