FiveStar Gourmet Foods is partnering with Beyond Meat® to bring salad protein choices to consumers by introducing the Simply Fresh Taco Salad made with Beyond Meat. The 7.5-oz salad features plant-based beef crumbles from Beyond Meat, a plant-based meat producer, and recently debuted in Publix supermarkets. It is available to retailers nationwide starting in January.

The Simply Fresh Taco Salad made with Beyond Meat is a vegetarian salad featuring Beyond Beef Crumbles, fire-roasted corn, roasted red bell peppers, black beans, aged Cheddar and Jack cheeses, tri-color tortilla strips and salsa ranch dressing.

The new Simply Fresh Taco Salad made with Beyond Meat is also “Ultra fresh Sealed” which means a longer shelf life. The salad offers a contactless retail experience and is produced in FiveStar’s facilities in California and Florida, which are USDA and SQF Level 3 certified.
