The specialists of Russian cultivation company AIC Eco-kultura will become the ambassadors of the unique project Farmer’s School by Rosselkhozbank and will take upon themselves the task of educating the participants in the basics, the nuances and the practical matters of the greenhouse business.
The project is promising to become a strong contribution to the development of the agricultural sector of the Russian Federation as currently the country is lacking competent, well-educated and knowledgeable growers. Once the program has been completed, this gap will be filled, as after the four educational cycles about 1000 specialists will be armed with contemporary knowledge and skills.
The Farmer’s School will open in several areas of the country at once – in Stavropol, Moscow and Novosibirsk regions as well as in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The biggest players in the market, including Eco-kultura, will take part in the project.
The president of the agricultural complex, Mr. Aleksandr Rudakov, thinks that professional educational projects are a logical response to the growing interest in the agricultural sphere. He thanked Rosselkhozbank for this initiative and underlined that the School is able to give a push to the agricultural development of the country.
A festive opening took place on September 1 in Stavropol State Agricultural University. The course consists of theoretical and practical parts. The lectures will be held in the above-mentioned university. The practical assignments will be conducted at agricultural production sites. Distant education is also possible.
