A contemporary greenhouse complex has been built and launched in the village Verhnee Valuevo in the Troitsk and Novomoskovsky regions. The head of the New Moscow City Territories Development department, Vladimir Zhidkin, reported that the acreage of the complex comprises 30,000 square meters. Cucumbers and tomatoes, as well as greenery will be planted in the land plot of 172 ha.
“The complex has been built with all the newest technologies and is equipped with automated production control systems”, noted Zhidkin. “It is planned to collect over 6 million pieces of vegetables annually”.
The head of the Department has underlined the importance of such a complex construction in New Moscow. The complex ensures 150 new workplaces.
