Innovative Growers Equipment of Sycamore, Illinois, USA has acquired Tank-Mart, Texas, USA. Future orders for tanks and related equipment will be fulfilled under Tank-Mart, an Innovative Growers Equipment, Inc. company. Both companies sell to similar industries. It is assumed that there will be a seamless transition, and it is anticipated that the order fulfillment will continue with the same or better lead times.
Innovative Growers Equipment, Inc. is a manufacturer and supplier of custom growing equipment and supplies that are made to order and shipped throughout North America. Combining the Tank-Mart brand with our current company will allow us to continue to serve the needs of the existing customers of both companies, as well as new customers well into the future.
The all cash transaction closed in November 2019. It is anticipated that the full integration of the companies to be completed by or shortly after January 1, 2020. No interruption of service to customers of either company, and no interruption to order fulfillment schedules are expected.
