Agricultural trainings Light and plant productivity were held in Saransk in September. Over 50 specialists from 20 greenhouse complexes in the Russian Federation and the CIS took part in them. Group of companies Reflux, a leading developer and producer of lighting equipment, organized the training.
The training gave the opportunity for the representatives of agronomy and engineering departments of various greenhouses to get together. The selected educational format is aimed at strengthening professional connections and thus at increasing the productivity of the greenhouse complexes. Nevertheless, both engineers and agronomists while solving their specific tasks often have vague ideas of what issues their colleagues may be facing. Photoculture helped unite the interests of all sides. The matters of increasing crops related to photoculture and specifics of different varieties growing with supplemental lighting rose hottest discussions. The participants also received practical recommendations on effective natrium lamps usage.
During the training and the discussions, the attendees were looking for the answers to the following questions: how to reach maximum productivity using the resources and the capacities of a greenhouse at 100%? What is needed to be improved in own work in order to approach the records, demonstrated by the leaders in the field (LLC GC Mayskiy, Kazan, LLC GC Tolmachevskiy, Novosibirsk, LLC GC Yaroslavskiy, Yaroslavl, GUP RM Teplichnoe, Saransk)?
Reports were made by the associates of the LLC Reflux as well as leading specialists in agronomy, seeding and plant bioprotection.
Within the training, a visit was arranged to one of the leading greenhouse complexes, GUP PM Teplichnoe and the Reflux-C plant, where the participants could get acquainted with the gas discharge lamps by Reflux company.
