BelOrta introduces new sustainable packaging for soft fruit

BelOrta is offering the first carton punnets with topseal. This new packaging plays into the trend towards more sustainable packaging and is coupled with a 'Happy Snacking' design. They will start with the extensive soft fruit range. In a later phase more fruits and vegetables will be packaged in this sustainable and innovative packaging method.

Sustainable and attractive
Sustainable business practices have been an engagement that BelOrta has taken into many different areas over the last few years. With the introduction of these new carton punnets we are once again underlining the absolute attention we give to this. Consumer trends which have changed the view of plastic have been unmistakable for a long time. BelOrta aims to create innovative packaging solutions that are good for both the environment and attractive to the eye. This carton punnet with topseal combines both and will undoubtedly stand out in the fruit and vegetable ranges.

Happy Snacking
These new punnets coincide with the start of the company's new snacking line and you can see this in the trays. With 'Happy Snacking' they are playing into the increasing demand for healthy products for snacking in-between and On the Go. Raspberries, blueberries, blackberries are the perfect treats for on the train, at work or at school. Customers will now be able to offer all of BelOrta's berries to their consumers in a handy packaging for on the road and one that contributes to reducing plastic use.
