The implementation of treatments in greenhouses can be difficult, due to narrow aisles and the often limited available maneuvering space. That is why a new compact machine has been launched on the market, allowing its operator to easily make very narrow turns.
One of the most important features of the Tizona 35, developed by the Spanish company Carretillas Amate, is that the front and rear structures are connected by means of a hinge mechanism, and it also features maneuvering control assistance for the traction equipment. The Tizona 35 is equipped with a 18.5 kW diesel engine and a 40 bar 50 liter nozzle.
The machine has a movable traction group to which various accessories can be attached to carry out various tasks along narrow corridors between rows of plants. The Tizona 35 consists of a front structure, with the engine and operating mechanisms, and a rear one which, in addition to a 500-liter tank, features either phytosanitary treatment equipment (consisting of vertical or horizontal pipes or an atomizer) or a rake, depending on the intended use.
"We offer more than 25 years of experience in the production and assembly of equipment for greenhouses, and over the years, our company has adapted to the changing needs of our customers, so we have modified our designs with better equipment that also ensures easier work in the greenhouse," says José Antonio López, of the engineering department at Carretillas Amata. "Our extensive and efficient product range can help address any kind of situation or inconvenience, thanks to our work in the field of Research & Development," he adds.
Amate is in charge of every stage in the process, from the structure's design to its assembly. Moreover the company has an after sales service to solve any problems. "Thanks to our philosophy, we achieve customer satisfaction, as we monitor every part of the process directly and continuously. All our machines are manufactured under strict quality processes and comply with the applicable European directives. Our experience, know-how, and the appreciation of our customers in different countries, such as Spain, Mexico, France and Egypt, ensure that we remain a leading company in the design and manufacture of agricultural equipment."
