Mexico: Expo Agroalimentaria comes to an end

After a very busy Thursday, the 22nd edition of the Expo Agroalimentaria will close its doors today. Again this year, it seems to have been a good show for both exhibitors and visitors, offering the opportunity to explore the agricultural opportunities in this market that's been on the rise for several years now.

Growers have increased and are still increasing in size and are becoming more professional every year. They are doing good business. And if the growers do well, so do the suppliers. National and international companies are still growing in Mexico. And for many international companies, Mexico is becoming an increasingly important market.

Next to growers and suppliers, investors also find their way to Irapuato. Over the last few years, more and more companies from abroad have been investing or are planning to invest in the horticultural industry in Mexico.

All in all, expectations for further growth are high, and the ones visiting the show could feel it. The atmosphere was vivid and many exhibitors will probably give their vocal cords some rest as they received visit after visit.
