Starting January 1st, UnitedAg will be expanding its hours of service from Monday through Saturday to serve the needs of its unique community.
“We are so excited to be able to provide this new, unique benefit to our members. We will be the first association health plan provider to be open on Saturdays. We made this decision based on our members feedback and the need for extended service hours and days. For us to be fully available, on a weekend day, will ensure that our members can get the needed support and services 6 days a week and especially when they may not have time during the week while working. All our departments will be fully operational each Saturday, and we look forward to being even more accessible to our members,” said Kirti Mutatkar, President & CEO.
New hours of service:
- Monday – Friday: 6:30 am – 5:30 pm
- Saturday: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
