Leamington, Ontario, Canada could be called one of the greenhouse capitals of North America. After Martin Energy Group set up a generator energy and heat system for a DelFresco plant there, they did a story on how everything has worked out for the grower.
"Strawberry plants grown with their new lighting system produced crops up to 5x what had usually been achieved. And the return on their investment in the generators would only take 2-3 years", according to Martin Energy Group.
