Year-round cultivation meets the increasing demand for food and crops. But not every environment and climate allows this. That is why efficient climate systems are developed that make this possible, regardless of the production location and the type of cultivation. It also increases the efficiency of CO2 consumption.
With the ClimaPora, Bosman Van Zaal have designed an innovative and sustainable climate system, which is widely applicable for both vegetable and ornamental horticulture, anywhere in the world. They developed the ClimaPora to create the most ideal growing conditions throughout the season, regardless of location. It is fully integrated into the greenhouse construction and its semi-closed nature allows for a more efficient consumption of CO2. The system is tailor-made: different options and applications are available.
The air treatment takes place in a compact climate chamber, which offers the possibility to cool, heat, humidify, dehumidify or a combination of the two. Water can be harvested from damp air and the ClimaPora can be equipped with both adiabatic and mechanical cooling. The risk of harmful insects is limited by overpressure.
Because of the semi-closed nature of the greenhouse, the efficiency of CO2 consumption is increased.
