Russia: 7 ha greenhouse complex to be launched in Bryansk

Russian greenhouse company Zhurinichi will open an enterprise with an acreage exceeding 7 ha in the Bryansk region by 2019.

The construction project for the year-round vegetable greenhouse in the Zhirinichi village was approved in the investment council meeting by the Bryansk region governor in September 2017. An agreement on the investment was signed in order to apply for the governmental support.

The construction of the greenhouse complex on a plot of land of 22.9 ha required investments in the amount of 24.3 million euros. After the complex is launched, 100 employees will be required. After the greenhouse complex is launched, the dwellers of Bryansk and other regions of the Central Federal District will be able to enjoy fresh produce all year round.
