The Technologii Teplichnogo Rosta company has opened a high tech greenhouse complex, "Donskaya Usadba", in the Rostov region.
Construction began in June 2016, and now, all major works in the first project phase have been completed. The greenhouses have a unique automated microclimate control system, computerized growth dynamics and plant state control system. The full production capacity should amount to 14 thousand tons of vegetables per year.
“I am confident that opening the greenhouse complex is a big step in the economic development of the region”, said the governor of Rostov region, Mr. Vasiliy Golubev. He also added that the complex will be under special attention from the Minister of Agriculture and the governor himself.
Mr. Golubev also mentioned that as of today, there are 130 employees in the enterprise and it is planned that the number will be increased to 380.
According to the Director of Marketing of the Technologii Teplichnogo Rosta company, Ms. Natalia Fedoseeva, the first crops are expected within the coming 2-3 months.
