Braga Fresh, a third-generation farming family leading the organic fresh produce category, recently introduced six new washed and ready-to-enjoy baby greens and salad blends under their premium Josie’s Organics line.
Josie’s Organics Baby Arugula, Baby Kale, Baby Spinach, Spring Mix, Half & Half and Power Greens (a mix of organic baby spinach, organic baby kale, organic green and red chard and organic shredded carrots) are available in 5 oz. clamshells. Organic Baby Spinach and Organic Spring Mix are also available in family-size 16 oz. clamshells.

In September 2016, Braga Fresh introduced two organic chopped salad kits as part of the Josie’s Organics line. Their Organic Sweet Kale Chopped Salad and Organic Asian Chopped Salad, with organic dressings and toppings included, were debuted in the eye-catching Josie’s Organics blue polka dot packaging to supermarkets throughout the U.S. and have already gained wide distribution.
