Workshop: Development of biological control products

Wageningen Plant Research and its partners in the BIOCOMES EU project are organising a workshop for PhD students and young scientists active in the field of biological control. The workshop will take place in January 2017 in Kiel (Germany). Students can register via www.biocomes.eu/workshop.

The workshop will focus on the development of sustainable biological control products based on micro-organisms.

BIOCOMES coordinator Jürgen Köhl of Wageningen Plant Research, BIOCOMES partners e-nema, Bayer CropScience Biologics, Graz University of Technology en GAB, a consultancy firm in the field of the registration of chemical and biological crop protection products, will be involved as lecturers.

The workshop will take place from 17 to 19 January 2017 at the company premises of e-nema in Schwentinental (near Kiel), Germany. The workshop programme also includes excursions to the production facilities of e-nema and Bayer CropScience Biologics.
