Visser Horti Systems has fully redesigned their popular Box-O-Matic mobile transport system for placing and picking up products in and from the greenhouse.
The compact (de)stacking system for high and low crates and boxes is one of the most flexible systems in the market. This system can be used in your current greenhouse, but can be used in your future greenhouse expansions as well.
Joep Matthee of Visser Horti Systems explained that, with the transportable Box-O-Matic, no special infrastructure or suspended rails is required in the greenhouse - as with fixed overhead cranes. "The machine is equipped with caterpillar tracks which have a lower ground pressure than wheels and are more suited to soft surfaces."
The Box-O-Matic runs with a capacity of 1000 boxes per hour.
